I was up early this morning and feeling sluggish and lazy, then I saw this and thought I’d got plenty of time. I’ll give it a go. I made it to 12 mins in before I’d had enough but that was 12 mins more than I’d normally do!
I just wanted to share it because it’s easy, it’s not one of those over the top, tie yourself in knots type of yoga, it was a nice stretch and easy to follow. Even though I didn’t finish the routine I still felt great when I was done, maybe tomorrow I’ll go for the full 15 mins.
