The best dessert you’ll ever eat…
Every summer during Mango season I always think different ways making dessert using mango. And today I decided to make Thai Mango Sticky RiceKhao Niaow Mamuangin Thailand language.
This classic Thai dessert is famous among Thai dessert. It’s very scrumptious, absolutely this is my favourite from Thailand. It sweet, silky and creamy with bit salty. Of course is choose thePhilippine Mango….so I try to make it by my own😊🙏.
INGREDIENTS:
For the Sticky Rice;
- 1 1/2 cup Sticky/glutinous Rice (soaked in the water overnight)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornflour
For the creamy sauce;
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
For garnish:
- 2 sweet ripe mango
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds.
