We all spend far too much time in front of computers and televisions which is something our ancestors didn’t have to worry about and because of that more people are wearing glasses. Some people claim you can reverse this trend, I’m not sure about that but I do know that a few simple eye exercises go a long way to making my eyes feel more rested and I definitely notice a difference in my vision once they’re done. The problem for me is turning the exercises into a habit, I hope you have better luck with that. It takes just a few minutes and you may just benefit from them. So I offer up a few gentle eye exercises that may mean you can give those hard working eyes a break and possibly (bold claim alert) save you some money at the opticians. What have you got to lose?
