Kintsukuroi for People.

japanesepotsbroken

People like pots get broken, the Japanese have a wonderful way of dealing with broken pots, they repair them with precious metals to make them more beautiful than they were before they had been broken.

How do we do this with people? Obviously not with precious metals but we can heal people with kindness and love. If we treasured emotions as much as we treasured precious metals just think how beautiful the world would be.

  1. Hey Steph, Namaste 🙂

Hoping Friday evening finds you happy and warm and hopeful for a restful weekend.

I thought your extension of Kintsukuroi into the emotional world a wonderful sentiment: that such precious virtues of Love Kindness and Compassion be the glue to repair, restore, transform, and improve upon what had been broken. Love is after-all superglue for the heart! 😀

Have a wonderful evening and a thoroughly wicked weekend! Take care. 🙂

    Namaste 🙂
