Incense.

A rainbow of smells hit her nose like a waterfall of love.

She stands and absorbs the sensations of the fragrances.

An offering of sage, cleansing her soul. Clear and honest.

Floral, showering her in fragrances of nature’s garden.

Fruit and spices, warming, reminding her of colder climates and seasons.

Above all of these, was the glow of patchouli.

A deeply sensual smell of the earth itself, offering an insight into the heart of the world.

Royalty that all other fragrances bow to.
