Sandwich Style Omlette.

Just stopping by to share this quick recipe. I saw it on Facebook last week and made it tonight. A proper winter warmer and the way it looks on the video is what you get, unlike some other recipes I’ve seen. ​

The only change I made was to use grated cheddar instead of plastic cheese slices which made it run a bit when i cut into it, tastes much nicer though. Here’s what mine looked like when it was done.
